TO THE
CONDOMINIUM ACT:

Heads up! If you own a condo or are thinking of buying one, you should know about these proposed changes to the Condominium Act in Ontario.

MARKET UPDATE:

What is your home is worth?
Most likely, your value has gone up about
7%-10% or more, over last year.

Statistics show the average house price in December was 
$622,217 – up 9.8% compared with $566,624 in 2014.

Good news for sellers, but challenging for buyers.

New Mortgage Rules for Home Purchases over $500,000

Starting February 15, 2016, borrowers will need larger cash down payments to buy homes over $500,000.

This is a government initiative designed to cool the crazy-hot real estate market and assure owners have an equity cushion in the event of a correction.
